Beginning Thursday, March 26th, our Brookhaven and Avondale stores will move to Curbside Pick Up Only.
Our DogWash services are officially closed today.
How to place an order?
Orders can be placed by phone or email between 10am-4pm daily. If emailing please include your first and last name and your best contact number.
For Brookhaven Customers:
For Avondale Customers:
Once your order is placed by email a team member will call you for payment and pick up confirmation.
Orders placed after 3 pm will be processed the following day.
Pick up is available between 10 am-4 pm daily.
How to pick up an order?
When you arrive, you'll see signage in front of our stores instructing you to text your last name, make, and color of your vehicle. If possible open your trunk or back door for us.
For the health and wellness of our customers and our staff, we are not accepting in-person orders at our stores and items cannot be added at the time of pick up.
We regret we cannot return or exchange items at this time.
If you are a part of the CityDog Customer Loyalty Program, you will continue to accrue points and we will track your free bags.
Our goal is to provide you the same day or next day service. Thank you in advance for your time and patience as we move through this process together.
